If you enjoy drawing and painting and would like to join our warm friendly group, you will be made most welcome.
We are a friendly group of people who enjoy meeting and learning together. Our group varies from beginner’s to more experienced Artists. We all work in various mediums. Each week we either work on a set subject or do our own choice of art. We also have artist lead Workshops each month.
We welcome new members but please contact Jane if you are interested in joining as there may be a waiting list, as our numbers vary from week to week. If interested we offer you a free taster morning and then each member pays £4 a week, which includes coffee / tea and biscuits.
In the Summer and Autumn we also enjoy visiting places where we can work outdoors too, for those that enjoy this. We have an open invitation from Pat Hutchinson to visit Yorke House and Rose Cottage Gardens, where we enjoy the beautiful gardens and do our artwork.
We also enjoy visiting the Mercer Art Gallery or local Cafes for a social time.
Once a year we plan our own Art Exhibition here at St Paul’s Church. For the last three years we have taken part in the NiddArt Trail. Earlier this year we also exhibited some of our pictures at Harrogate Library.
For 2026 we are looking forward to taking part in the Celebration of 150 years of St Paul’s Church.
